Taymouth Township Library
2361 E. Burt Road
(989) 770-4651

During the month of May, Taymouth Township Library will be holding a fundraiser entitled “Literacy is a Legacy.” The purpose of this campaign is to raise money for the children’s summer reading program. It is no surprise that kids do not retain their reading skills unless they continue to read during the summer months. Our program this year is called “Libraries Rock!”

Taymouth Library serves the Taymouth and Albee communities. We also welcome people from the outlying areas to utilize our services. Due to our limited budget, we rely on outside donations to assist with special events.

Help our local kids become rock star readers by showing your support. Donations may be dropped off at the library, left in our drop box, or mailed to Taymouth Township Library, P.O. Box 158, Burt, MI, 48417.

Anyone who returns an overdue book during the month of May will have his or her fine waived on that book, regardless of the amount.

If you have any questions, call the library at (989) 770-4651.
