The St. Charles District Library Board will meet on Sunday, June 1, at 6:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend.

June is Amnesty Month. Library Patrons may return any overdue or lost item during the month of June and all fees and fines associated with that item will be waived, excluding debt collection fees if applicable.

Summer Reading Program for all ages runs June 9 through July 25.

Fizz, Boom, Pop! Chemistry Rocks on Wednesday, June 11 at 1 p.m. Brought to you by Longway Planetarium, this captivating program will get you excited about science exploration with bubbling beakers, popping film canisters, and steaming soda bottles. Kids will explore physical and chemical changes while enjoying these fast-paced hands-on activities and demonstrations. The program is free. For more information, call (810) 230-3327.

The Cirque Amongus Children’s Workshop will be held on Saturday, June 21 at 1 p.m. at the Jennings Memorial Library. This workshop is geared for children in second through sixth grades. The program will feature 10 skill stations that allow children to stroll at their own pace, attempting the stations along the way. The program is free. For more information, call (810) 230-3327.

The Jennings Memorial Library will host Lords of the Sky with Kili on Monday, June 23 at 10:30 a.m. You will have the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Kili, a majestic bald eagle, from the Wild Wonders Wildlife Park. The program is free. For more information, call (810) 230-3327.
