CHESANING’S GOT TALENT! - The Chesaning Kiwanis will hold their annual talent show at the Chesaning Middle School on Friday, March 26 at 7 p.m. Kiwanis member Luis Escamilla said, “It is an opportunity for residents in Chesaning and the surrounding areas to showcase their hidden talent while at the same time helping raise funds for sponsored Kiwanis events.” This year’s show features a variety of local talent that will appeal to an audience of every age. Enjoy the exceptional talent Chesaning has to offer. Tickets are $5 for adults, $2.50 for ages 11-14, and 10 & under are free. TEACHING KIDS BY DAY - ROCK ‘N ROLLIN’ BY NIGHT - The 7th Hour Band will perform live at the Big Joe’s Bar in Layton Corners (M-57 at Lincoln) on Saturday, March 27 starting about 9:30 p.m. They play everything from 60s rock to current music. And while the performers are teachers, they really know how to rock! Don’t be late… It’s 7th Hour!

AUDITIONS FOR STEEL MAGNOLIAS – Clio Cast

and Crew, Inc. will hold auditions for Steel Magnolias

on March 29 and 30 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Theatre 57, 2220 W. Vienna Road in Clio. The group needs six women between age 18 and 70. The performances will be held May 14-23. The production will be directed by Maggie Harmon and Mary Ann Olsey. For more information, call (810) 687-4065.
