TRINITY HOSTS ADVENT PROGRAM -- On Saturday evening, Dec. 5, Trinity United Methodist Church in Chesaning hosts its fourth Advent by Candlelight program. Over 170 people attended this event, with this year’s free-will offering of over $500 going to Memorial Healthcare’s Hospice program. The evening featured Trinity’s Handbell Choir and director, Dr. Gwynne Attarian; special music by Len and Doug Strait; and the message by Pastor Mark Johnston. Guest speakers were Carole Tibbets and Adele Horton of Hospice. Guests enjoyed decorated tables and desserts prepared by members of Trinity.
